The Department of Industry, Science and Resources has recently finalised the outcomes of the Sponsorship Grants for Student Science Engagement and International Competitions 2024.
Vale View State School has been awarded $9,872 to support their participation in the “Australian Open National Championships” project, as 1 of 132 successful recipients.
This funding will be directed towards purchasing essential robotics equipment for the RoboCup Junior regional competitions and enhance their weekly robotics workshops.
Federal Member for Groom, Garth Hamilton congratulated Vale View State School on their commitment to furthering student participation in STEM.
