Labor’s Budget is an assault on aspiration, and under Labor, the cost of everything is going up. Anthony Albanese’s broken promises on capital gains, trusts, and negative gearing mean all Australians pay more.

Under Labor, power prices are far too high. The Coalition will scrap Net Zero and make Australia an energy superpower. We will deliver cheaper power and energy abundance

The Coalition will link Australia’s migration intake to the number of new homes built.
To free up housing stock and to begin to restore the dream of home ownership, we will cap immigration numbers based on available housing.
A Coalition Government will overhaul our skilled migration program, bringing in the people with the skills that businesses desperately need.
OUR PLAN TO PUT AUSTRALIANS FIRST
Because of Labor’s out-of-control spending, Australians are paying more for everything due to high inflation, and our debt is set to hit $1 trillion for the first time.
We will establish a Future Generations Fund to pay down Labor’s trillion dollars of debt and invest in long-lasting, nation-building infrastructure – roads, ports, energy, and water.

Every child deserves a great education. We will get the basics right: reading, writing, maths and going to school. We will be honest about how kids are doing. And we will back trades and training, not just university. That way, every young person is ready for a good job and a good life.
Work is the best way out of hardship. It gives people dignity. So we will reward those who work and try. We will let people earn more before their payments drop. We will back work and families over long-term welfare. No Australian should have to beg to get help.

We will establish a $20 billion Regional Australia Future Fund, protect the Murray–Darling Basin, and end Labor’s water buybacks that strip water from farms and towns.
